We get a lot of enjoyment out of participating in environmental activities beyond the house, meeting new people, seeing new places, making a positive contribution and generally getting dirty!
Volunteering with Katanning Landcare events such as National Tree Day, Friends of Piesse Lake busy bees and Lake Ewlyamartup restoration activities have been great fun for the whole family, with results we can see.
On Davids farm we have an annual tree-planting program, and are super lucky to have Red Tailed Phascogales (a listed conservation dependent species) calling the bushland on our farm home. We’re thrilled to host 3 nesting boxes to help them stay safe during their winter breeding season.
