“Berringar” is an eclectic mix of materials, creating a really organic and homely feel. The materials were chosen based on two key principles:
- Sustainability – things we could grow or source locally, were recycled or salvaged, or came from renewable sources were used where possible.
- Price – this was a build on a budget, and affordability had to be a large consideration. Fortunately, locally sourced and recycled products were often the cheapest (or free)!
